Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Stevie Knight relocated to San Diego after completing his college education. Over the next 13 years, he was employed with the United States Border Patrol. Enduring the challenges of mistreatment and injustices within the agency, Stevie found his voice through writing, resulting in the creation of this novel. In the latter years of his career, he also ventured into the realm of content creation, starting a YouTube channel. As his YouTube presence flourished, coupled with the joyous milestone of becoming a father, Stevie was eventually afforded the opportunity to sever ties with the Border Patrol. Embracing social media as his new frontier, he devoted himself entirely to his online platform and was also finally able to complete this novel.
